Liquid cooling is the most popular cooling technology. It uses a liquid coolant such as water, a refrigerant, or ethylene glycol to cool the battery. The liquid goes through tubes, cold plates, or other components that surround the cells and carry heat to another location, such as a radiator or a heat exchanger. Components carrying the liquid prevent direct electrical contact between the cells and the liquid coolant.Trumony aluminum limited can provide liquid cooling tube for 18650 cells, 21700 batteries and 4680 battery module pack. To enlarge the cooling area .The cooling pipe are made by aluminum extrusion, bending and snake shaped forming via toolings. We can customize the serpentine tube as your battery module layout and ev battery pack baundary size .Except the aluminum cooling pipe, we provide the water cooling plate, aluminum micro channels and roll bonded plate.

A: The aluminum alloy is 3000,6000 and temper is O-H112.
